For one of our contracted jobs, we are seeking for a dewatering centrifuge. Expected particle size will vary between 200nm-500nm. It is a mixture of water (Liquid) and clay-like (Solid) material: Solid amount will be 200 kg and liquid amount will be 200 liter per day. The suspension composition is follows: ?200 kg clay-like nano-fine solid particles ?200 liter water ?Methanol in rare amount ?Sodium chlorine (NaCl) in rare amount Our aim is to recover the solid phase (The clay-like nano-fine particles) from the liquid before the drying process.
