本帖最后由 竹 于 2011-10-17 08:28 编辑 Dear JanThis is to acknowledge receipt of your product list as requested and it was forwarded to the tender board and they have indicated there interest in your CAUSTIC SODA and quote for ship load is required for tender.As we indicated in our first letter, it is a government contract and our interest in it is a 2% commission which you will build into your quotation before submission to the tender board. However for us to proceed,we will like to have a memorandum of understanding (MOU) indicating that our 2% will get to us at the end of the transaction,which both parties will sign,after which we will link you directly to the board for bidding.If this is okay by you kindly have your company lawyer draft the MOU and forward to us immediately.Note that with our contact in the board the contract is assured.Best Regards,Donald KarasDnld consultant.karasdnld@aol.com
