Will it pass all test for USA general requirements? Pls send some photos for my reference if any. 1. A small LED lights.2. Small and cheap that runs on a battery3. The LED light should be in a small plastic housing...something that is between 1 and 2 inches, the light color should be white, and it should be able to flash very quickly...like a strobe light.It needs to run on a small battery...like a camera battery, watch battery or a AAA size battery.The light is for placing under the hood of a car when it is parked to keep small animals from climbing into the engine area.
