Deadline for submission of the quotation and all required below supporting documents, certifications, information and rest forms, not later than the 17th of February 2012.Quotation supporting requirements:? Copy of a valid ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate of the manufacturer. ? Leaflets – catalogues, where the manufacturer introduces their company details and that is dealing with the required items.? Detailed technical description and drawing of the offered items.? Copies of testing reports concerning all construction parts of the offered items.? The attached “Compliance Table”, fully stamped and signed (having the manufacturer’s stamp – signature).Other requirements:? Validity period of your quotation: At least 1 month from above mentioned closing date.? Deliver time: The goods shall be in our hands (ETA Limassol port of Cyprus), not later than 3 months from order confirmation and relative contract arrangements.? Port of destination: Limassol port of Cyprus (Quoting in CIF prices per piece).Required quantities:QTY(sets) DetailsItem 1 160 Surface boxes having approx. inside dimensions of dia. 18cm, 20cm height and be of B125 load classItem 2 40 Surface boxes having approx. inside dimensions of dia. 18cm, 20cm height and be of D400 load classSpecificationsCast iron, ductile iron or composite surface boxes for use at ground level inroads and pavements.The surface box cover plate must also be made of ductile iron or cast iron or composite material, sealing firmly with the surface box.The cover plate must be single piece with no perforations or holes, thus avoiding ingress of dirt or mud in the valve shaft tube.The surface boxes should have a cylindrical shape of approximate diameter of 18cm and height of 20cm.Opening of the cover must be allowed by means of usual tools.Surface boxes must comply to EN 124 standard and be capable of withstanding test loads according to the load glass specified in the requirements list, without cracking (in KN).Evidence must be given for compliance to the EN 124 standard and the boxes must have the appropriate marking.On the cover plate the letters “ΣΥΛ“ must be engraved.zhangshuicasting@gmail.com
