It should be sealed with a screw on cap that can be unscrewed easily, with cubic capacity of 8-11 ml, and sterile inside with no reagens. The needle should be attached by Luer. The syringe will function as a tube as well, and will hold its seal in a 2,500 rpm centrifuge. Packaging should be 50 pieces in a bag, 20 bags in a box.
