1. a. TFO (Two For One) Twisters:
At present one of our customer's requirement is for Short Fiber/Spun yarn machine count ranges from 15/2 to 80/2 ECC (English Cotton Count), In our country (Pakistan) due to high electric cost people do not prefer machines with heavy Electric load, therefore we prefer those machines which have about 160 spindles per deck and the Total electric load may not exceeds 11 Kw per deck. In our opinion to achieve this only those machines, which may have smaller Pot Dia of around 90mm, may serve this purpose. . Kindly check whether MURATA'S model 308 II comes to our required specifications? Each machine may be of 2 Decks (320 + - 10 spindles per Machine) matching to these requirements.
We also need Assembly winders of suitable capacity (may feed up to 4 of these type of TFO machines).
1. b. TF
One of our customers is looking for TFO (Two For One) Twisters (Silk/Polyester), where Twist spindle may hold big size Flanged Bobbins and on Take up it may produce Cones, with "0" degree angel or angled cones.
Kindly offer us machines which are according to above specifications.
Along with this offer please also quote us for pre-winder suitable for these twisting machines.
2. Ring Doubling Twisters:
These twisters are also required for Short Fiber/Spun Yarns; again the priority is for more spindles on the minimum possible Total electric load. Ring Dia 50mm or above, Lift 10 inches or above.
Preferable Make: Kaji, Howa, Toyoda, or any other well known Japanese make, European makes are also acceptable.
We also need Cone Winders to wind Twisted/Doubled yarn from twisted Pirns to cones.
3. Fancy Twisters.
