The transaction repeats however many times may be necessary to exhaust the currency seller's currency. We never, under any circumstances whatsoever, provide bank proof of funds, because there is no need for us to do so because, as a registered currency trading company in this country, as a matter of Federal law the receiving bank must, absolutely must, convert the foreign currency into U.S. dollars and credit our account with the U.S. dollars thereby enabling us to return the required counter value wherever it is supposed to go and pay the commissions out of the proceeds. Accordingly, the very currency that is sent to us is the proof of our ability to return it. In addition, it is entirely foolish for anyone in this country to sit with hundreds of millions of dollars in their checking account waiting for a wire transfer from overseas that may never come. Our banks provide this service for us irrespective of whether we have $1 or $10 billion in our checking accounts just so you understand this very clearly. We also do not permit bank to bank contact for the very simple reason that no bank in Europe, America, or the Far East pay commissions to any intermediaries and, in any event, they have to realize that they are doing the transaction with us and not with the bank. On cash deals, we have special, highly sophisticated arrangements under the terms of which we are able to have large quantities of cash sent to us via air cargo to Kennedy Airport in New York City. Assuming that we are paid a 1.5% commission and that the money is counted and verified, we pay for the money via swift wire transfer or cashiers check. We are then prepared to reimburse the currency seller for the cost of sending it by air cargo to us in New York, and we are prepared to reimburse the cost of one airplane ticket for an individual to come and babysit the money until such time as it is counted and verified and the owner is paid net of our commissions.
