We are interested in purchasng the foll on monthly basis.: 1)steel wire rod ,spherodized annealed phosphate coated,silicon /all.killed,fine grain.Elongation 25 % minimum.AISI 1045.or Chinese standard ML45 soft Diameters :6,8 11,13 mm QTY :10 TONS EACH Dia. 16 QTY 5 TON. 2)Same as S.No.1)above Grade JIS SCM 415 Dia 18 mm QTY 15 TONS End use : TO MAKE BOLTS BY HEADING /COLD FORGING FOR S No 1 and 2 3)steel wire rod to aisi 1010 OR EQUIVALENT CHINESE STANDARD ML10 ,as rolled.Elongation minimum : 25 % Diameters 10,13,17,19 mm. Qty : 10 to 15 tons per diameter. For itms 1 and 2,you may offer us equivalent chinese standards. End use: To make bolts by cold heading/forging process.
