Dear Sir, We recently got an opportunity with a condensed milk manufacturer in Bangladesh who would like to use SMP replacer instead of SMP to produce Condense Milk. Following is the current dosage ratio that they are using to produce condensed milk: SMP 18.83%Whey Powder 1.41%Sugar 43.31%Lactose .03%Palm oil 7.39%Water Rest% Total Output: 10 Tons of Condensed Milk Few days back, they used some SMP replacer. Following is the result: 1. With 50% SMP and 50% SMP Replacer color is red but taste is good 2. With 70% SMP and 25% SMP Replacer color is white buy taste is not as good as 50/50 3. 100% SMP Replacer the result was not good. This particular customer will import minimum of 8 containers per month if you can produce some replacer of SMP for their condense milk application.
