Two identical arms except for the hole diameter in each piece to fit the shoulder rivet. The pieces will be either cast or forged, if cast then they will need to be heat treated in order to obtain a hardness of approximately HRC 35-40. The pieces will be assembled with a shoulder rivet to provide a snug fit that will rotate. The final operation will be to provide a finish, either powder coating or something that will give them a uniform appearance.. I have several pdf drawings of the parts with dimensions. Approximate dimensions are 90mm * 20mm. This is a test marketing run, I expect the next order of a much larger quantity within 6 - 8 months of receiving the initial order.
