Do not quote price with discounts off PLATTS. Do not quote FOB, CandF or Destination Rotterdam or Houston. Commissions 50 50 basis. Buyers 50 percent is closed . Buyer does not pay Sellers mandate, Seller facilitator, Intermediaries and Brokers. .. Payment by Revolving, Documentary ,Letter of Credit RDLC against documents including passing SGS inspection at discharge port No MT103 No TT or MT For Contract Legalization fees, Commodity Code Fees, Registration fees, Notarization fees, Transport / Pipeline Tariff , Stamp Tax, and all fees, charges, etc . Buyer can not pay in cash any such expenses in Russia or any other foreign country. Buyer will reimburse fees etc. paid in advance by Seller, or Sellers agent from the RDLC, when shipment is made.U.S. law-enforcement authorities are very vigilant and strict about American companies sending cash payments to foreign countries, due to concerns over funding of terrorism, money laundering, arms dealing and drug trafficking. Inspection at loading port by SGS is paid by Seller. Inspection at discharge port world-recognized Chinese inspector or by SGS is paid by Buyer. Insurance Seller shall provide insurance covering 110 percent of the value of each shipment.
