AUTHORIZATION LETTER To whom it may concern: Dear sir, The company is nominating Mr. Francis Ross Vale Conol, theholder of Philippinespassport No. TT0560362, as our manganese ore sourcing agent in the Philippineswith the terms and conditions set below. The nominee does not have the right tosign contract. The duration of the nomination is three months ended on November16, 2010. The duration may be extended upon both sides agreed. 1. Commodity:Manganese ore2. Specification:manganese ore of 40%(or what else available specification). (please be notedthat the contents of both P and S should be below 0.10%)3. Quantity: a.First shipment 1000 MTS or 500 MTSb. Second shipments onward 3000 MTS per month for oneyear 4. Price: Pleaseoffer C&F Tianjin price(FOB term is acceptable with suppliers advising theloading port with CONTAINER service available).5.Payment: by irrevocable, transferable L/C opened byour principal to us for TRANSFERING to supplier. The L/C will be payable 90% atsight and the balance to be paid upon CIQ report. The L/C will be opened uponreceiving a NON-operative PB from the supplier.6. Remark:Thesupplier will provide previous shipping documents including bill of lading andthe surveyors quality report to form ONE SET(sanitize the consignee), showinga total quantity(one or MORE sets) of 1000 MTS(or what ever quantity thesupplier promised to supply) within ANY 30 days period(of shipment) to provethe supplier is capable to provide such quantity per month.
