Buyer needs 2 Million bbls BLCO months over 12 months with R&E, delivery TTT,$8/$5 discounts, transferable DLC, Buyer's procedure not negociable:1- Seller sends, along with contract, SWIFT-verifiable BCL stating his ability to issue 1% PB.2- SPA signed, sealed and notarized by Buyer3- Within 2 banking days, Buyer issues SWIFT verifiable BCL value cargo 2 Million bbls4- Within two 2 banking days, Seller's bank issues operative P.B 1% 5- Within three to five 3-5 banking days of receipt of Seller's 1% PB, Buyer's Bank issues operative DLC 6- Buyer nominates mother vessel and gives Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) to Togo Blue Line, signed by the mother vessel owner, or by its official management 7- Upon Sellers receipt of the buyer's bank DLC and the ETA for the mother vessel, the Seller will load the cargo, within the validity of the mother vessel nomination / ETA. 7- Upon confirmation of Seller's loading cargo documents (SGS or Saybolt report for Q&Q of BLCO loaded cargo and NOR to tranship to Buyers vessel, issued by the feeder vessel captain on Seller's name behalf), Buyer will provide his complete receiving vessel information, Full CPA, Q88 and ATL 8- Sellers vessel sends NOR to Buyers vessel and open ship-to-ship communication.
