The quote must include everything that is documented in the drawings that we will send you. You will need to have someone who can understand English very well, so they can read the plans. The plans and quote need to include:- The LED lighting, - Ali frame, - The MDF carcase, - The post mount, - The brackets, - The rolled ali panels, - The fixings, - The powdercoating, - The screenprinting, - Attaching the baubles, - The roadcase, - FOB to nearest port.* We will need one sample made so we can check the specifications and ensure it is made as per the plans. * We would then need 10 - 20 prototypes made to put into the Australian and New Zealand markets to test the product.* We would then roll out production.Please quote on:1) Making 1 sample = $2) Making 15 prototypes = $ 3) Manufacturing 100 units = $4) Manufacturing 500 units = $5) Manufacturing 1,000 units = $This is a NEW product to market so we can not send you a finished sample at this stage.We are also looking for Resin Products:We will send detailed drawings for the resin Bauble.This is also a NEW product to market so we can not send you a finished sample at this stage, but we can send you a photo of the finished product.The product that needs to be embedded into the resin is very delicate, soft membrane that is normally stored in a liquid. The membrane is very fragile and needs to be placed in the resin bauble and sealed.
