We are manufacturing quality aluminium closures for the wine and liquor industries. The machines are placed in a area of about 150'x50' within a shed measuring 230'x50'. The total height of the building with RCC roofing is about 20'. But we propose installing a false ceiling at a height of 10' since we have ovens seated above the machines. This also helps us to reduce the volume (space) inside the enclosure. The purpose of this enclosure is to maintain it dust free which is a pre-requisite for the manufacture of the aluminium closures. Further we also wish to have air conditioning inside the enclosure since the ambient temperature where our factory is situated fluctuates between 7 deg. C in winter to 50 deg. C in summer.
