The cable shall have cross linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE) applied by extrusion on all three phases over non-metallic semi conducting tape. 4. Screening of extruded non-metallic semi conducting compound on all three phases over XLPE insulation. 5. Metallic screening of copper tape on all three phases over insulation screening. 6. Fillers of vulcanized or un-vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic materials. 7. Extruded inner sheath of vulcanized or un-vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic materials. 8.
