We are looking at a Stainless roller pump that has a 410ss rotor in a 17-4ss body. We are getting some galling and would like to reduce/eliminate the galling and improve performance. We are interested in coating the rotors with something to help eliminate the galling, and PTFE was mentioned as a possibility. Our tolerances are very tight, and everything would have to be kept in the .0002 - .0003 range. Does this sound like something you could help us with.
