This is an inquiry message about Missing Order in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于'Missing Order'的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Missing Order Plant Operations Manager: On November 14, 2008 I placed an order (#37238) with one of your manufacturer representatives/sales to Decora Rugs. The order was for 2 rugs: Romany Vine – Garnet 7’8” X 10’9” Rectangle 5’4” X 7’8” Oval I was informed by e-mail that custom rugs and braided rugs may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. I spoke with T.J. at Decora Rugs on 12/22/2008 concerning the status of the order. At that time I was told that because of the manufacturer closing during the holidays, the order was still in production. I should check in another 1 ? - 2 weeks if I had not heard or received any information. On January 5, 2009, I called and left a message telling Decora Rugs I had not heard or received any information about our order. I was e-mailed from Decora Rugs on January 6, 2009 informing me “your order – we apologize was delayed. However, were able to speak with them today and your order should be complete in approximately 2 weeks”. I assumed they were speaking with someone at Milliken Rugs. Today January 20, 2009 I e-mailed Decora Rugs again checking on the status of our order and I was told “we checked again today because they certainly should have been completed by now, and they now show no record of your order.” Who dropped the ball, and what happened to our order?!!!!!!! This is extremely poor business and I was informed by Decora Rugs that this has happened with Milliken before. Needless to say we have cancelled our order, in that we were told there was no guarantee on how long a replacement order would take. Out of courtesy I would like a response to this e-mail.
