I’m writing this email because I’m in the quest for a high temperature resistant and high dielectric strength material for one of our applications. Basically, this material has to resist temperatures up to ~500 Celsius and be a non electrical conductive material. Also, I need this material to be in a special shape (please see attachment). I was wondering if you could have some kind of material that can be molded this way and would really appreciate if you could provide me with some information. I was reading the properties of the Alumina (because of its better mechanical strength compared to other ceramics) and I think it may work. If going with Alumina, based on the attached drawing, can you provide me with a quote and delivery price on 14,000 pieces of Part II and 4,700 pieces of Part I.
