Please go thorugh the following details: 1. Safety relief valve: We are looking for pressure relief valve which will release the pressure from its Relief port (terminal) if it exceeds 6 bar and protect our instrument. Normal operation will be in the range of 0 to 6 bar and will pass the gas coming at Inlet to Outlet and if it exceeds 6 bar, it will release through Relief port. This pressure should be user settable in the range of 5 to 10 bar. Its not must, but its better for us if it is user settable. We would need 2 nos. for testing purpose. After successful testing, we would need 200-300 no. of valves per year. 2.Pressure Switch: A pressure switch which will pass the argon gas of pressure from 10 bar to 150 bar only. If inlet pressure goes below 10 bar or exceeds 150 bar, it should give indication in some form. We have gone through your website and found J6 series with SPDT switch output. As per our understanding, if we set this switch at 10 and 150 bar, and pressure goes below 10bar or above 150bar,it operates switch accordingly. Please correct me, if I am wrong. I hope you have understood our application. Please inform if J6 is suitable for us or you would like to suggest some otehr valve. Quantity will be same as above. Awaiting your expert comments.
