This is an inquiry message about Columbia University student, wire hanger research inquiry in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于"Columbia University student, wire hanger research inquiry"的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Columbia University student, wire hanger research inquiry Hello, I am a student at Columbia University researching the production and disposal of wire hangers (the type that are sold to drycleaners and garment factories). Specifically, I am researching wire hanger waste streams (i.e. what happens to hangers that are not sold, defective products, and returned inventory) and ways in which this waste could be used to create divergent products rather than ending up in land fills. I would like to know: 1. How many wire hangers do you throw away per any given period of time? 2. What are the reasons that hangers are disposed of (defective, overproduced, returned inventory from buyers)? 3. How do you currently dispose of hanger waste? Do you pay a company to take it away? 4. If available, would your company be interested in having an organization take these defective products or excess inventory off your hands free of charge? Any other information you may be able to provide that is relevant to this search project would be greatly appreciated!
