Follow parts through system to insure customer quality and satisfaction. Make necessary changes to in-process cards or tooling prints. Responsible for troubleshooting problem parts and redesigning them so the headers will run more effiecient. Distribution of prints to necessary departments. Design Engineer, Anderson-Cook January 2004 to August 2004 Responsible for designing spline racks from customer specifications. Responsible for customer drawings & converting old designs to CAD.Responsible for maintaining the database. Special projects to upgrade our current finish rack bench area to give our racks the best finish & upgraded the current compounds by looking for new processes & equipment. Ran Mastercam program for Bourne & Kocke machines. Wrote a detailed process for the Bourne & Kocke operater to run high pin & low pin programs.
