The loads consists of handstacked boxes on a GMA pallet, 48 x 40, max 7 feet high. We do not know how many yet, but it can be anywhere form 4-10 wrappers. Some of the goals are: 1 - Using as little wrapping as possible. 2 - Fast wrapping with the pallet going through the wrapper. 3 - 2 buffer conveyor loactions at each side, i.e/ 5 positions total. 4 - Stand alone system with PLC and etehrnet to communicate each load position status to our system. 5 -What other less costly solutions are there?
