Unfortunately I know nothing about how to spec out the wire. What I am looking for is something standard that does not have to be custom manufactured. I am working on some prototypes right now and do not need a lot of wire to complete these but am hoping to be needing a substantial amount in the future. What I am looking for is: 1) Round jacket (Small as possible) Flat would be ok if round is not reasonable 2) Black or grey jacket. 3) 3 conductors inside 4) 18 - 20 gauge multi-strand on each conductor 5) UV resistant and oil resistant jacket 6) My goal would be to get something under 25 cents a foot. This wire is going to be used in an outside environment and will be mounted on a motorcycle so the signal will be 12 volt DC. So I hope I have given you enough information to at least get some idea.
