They package 2 of our packets in each of their MREs (ready-to-eat meals). The packets are designed to be used in the field. The toilet paper packets are 1”x 2” and each contain 24 sheets of 2-ply biodegradable, ultra soft toilet paper (also has other field uses). These are packed 3000 loose to the case and sell for approximately $.04-$.045 (volume discounts available) in the military Kraft paper version. We also package and sell a more commercial version (with a 4-color “Outpack” logo on a white wrapper): The Outpacks can be sold loose in bulk ($.05-$.06), but they are also available in a 15 count, re-sealable package for a J hook retail display. The Lighthouse for the Blind is a 100+ year old non-profit organization providing services and employment to the sight impaired.
