What is the thinnest wall available, around " miniature cleaning brushes Contact Info (联系信息) We are looking for a cleaning brush or kit, which we can send out with a product we are developing. The brush must be capable of cleaning the inside of a cylinder, which has an internal diameter of 0.30 inches and is 0.75 inches long. At one end, there is a blanking disk, which has an elongated slot in it with a diameter of 0.08 inches. The brush or another one must be able to clean this slot as well. The material used is polycarbonate and the brush must not scratch the surface of the blanking disk, so it must have a turned tuft or ball end. The wire should be stainless steel, as the product is cleanable with hot soapy water. We would like a handle on the brush rather then a twisted loop because the brush or brushes will be held by retaining lugs in a vac form inside a small presentation case also containing the product. The length of the whole brush should be no longer then 3 inches and shorter if possible. We would like to have our company name and logo on the handle and if we could colour co-ordinate the brush with our product that would be great. Obviously, the handle and the brush wire must be fixed, so as not to come apart after prolonged use. Can you assist us in our quest? We look forward to your comments.
