For this last ones we are working on a new development project and we were wondering if you produce and sell high barrier transparent nylon, it could be ready to be turned into balloons (25 microns) or without treatment (11 microns at the most). We will also need that this film has a 97 cm width and an 85 Yield (m2/Kg). If you also produce holographic nylon, for the holographic film we would like to have the technical data sheet, if you don’t mind. But meanwhile, these are our requirements at this respect. METAL DENSITY: Target Optical Density: 2.3 ODU, Minimum Optical Density: 2.1 ODU. BASIS WEIGTH: Target Basis Weight: 13.5 gr/m2. Maximum Basis Weight: 14.5 gr/m2 It's too important the average thickness of film shall not vary from the specified thickness for more than +/- 1 micron. Waiting for your soon response.
