I have not received word from anyone yet regarding these and am now entering a second week without my supplies. I was told initially that this process should only take a few days and as your website states “Parts are generally in stock and turnaround is 2 days plus time in transit.” I understand that these boxes are in rough shape and may take longer than had previously expected. I would just appreciate being contacted on the status of these baths so that I can get them back in service as soon as possible.
