Diverse product lines, with a diverse customer base. I’ve been responsible for engine and drive train components with several companies, while being responsible for the entire cockpit (plastics) and it’s components with others. For over twenty years my primary responsibilities have been the fit, form, function, appearance & safety for numerous applications/platforms. Additionally, I am well versed in PPAP submissions (Flow, C.P. & FMEA’s), QS9000/TS16949/ISO9000, corrective actions from notification to conclusion, interpretation of specifications and certifications, and harmony reviews/AAR’s (color, gloss & grain verification). Securing/establishing boundary standards, GD&T, trouble shooting, audits, calibration systems, run @ rates, source inspections, MRB/MRA (containment & deposition), and extensive customer interaction and associated travel through out the US, Mexico, Canada & S.
