Abletech CO., LTD is a Korean Rubber Manufacturer who has a long experience in rubber business. We are supplying our parts to Chrysler, Ford and Goodman thru our agents in USA. The parts range we cover is as follows, -Molded Products a. Mounts,Gaskets & Diaphragm b. Radiator, Dust cover, Caliper Bushing, Caliper Seal, etc... c. Custom mold products, prototype sample available -Extruded products a. Pressu" Spray booth grates cleaning in position. Contact Info (联系信息) Good day, I am in search of a Supplier that can provide us with a solution for the cleaning of our Paintshop Spray Booths Floor Grates Cleaning. Currently we have to strip out all the grating and send them away for Sandblasting and refit. We would like to have a solution to clean the Grates in position in the Booths. Is it wise to do it in position in the Spray Booths, because this is the main reason for not having to strip out the Grids everytime. Is it a dirty operation? You should know that dirt in a Spraybooth, after the cleaning operation, will not be accepted. Also, is there a demo model that we could have or go and inspect? or any Contacts that have this system installed? We have 3 x long Spraybooths. (manual Spraying and Automatic) This project is very urgent as I have already money approved to buy new grates for the 3 x Booths. Because we have to strip out the grids everytime, timing is limited, which means that the grates cannot be fastened, thus leading to Safety hazards. Whereas, if we can clean them in position, I could have them clamped down. This should also be a good cost saving. Can you assist or do you know of a Company that can offer us the equipment for high pressure waterjet cleaning. Do you have a Representative in South Africa? Information urgently required.
