PRODUCT INTRODUCTION WOVEN WIRE MESH/ WIRE CLOTH KDL manufacture wire cloth / wire mesh in all meshes, from the large opening to fine mesh filter cloth, we produce all of weave types many metal material.KDL have the ability to supply small or large quantity in roll stock,cut-to-size,slit rolls,aggregate screens, discs, circles,heavy woven mesh or custom weaves.Most metals and meshes are in stock. Order requirements detail: Material: stainless steel wire : SS304,SS304L,SS316,SS316L or according customer request. Galvanized wire: electronic galvanized wire, hot galvanized wire. Brass wire, copper wire, bronze wire. Others: nickel wire, aluminum wire, silver wire,titanium wire, chrimium wire,inconel,monel. Mesh width: 0.003 to 10.70mm Roll width: up to 6.0m, standard width:1m, 1.2m, or according to the customer requirement. Roll Length:25m,30m,30.5m, or customer requirement. Weave type: Plain or Twilled weave, Plain or twilled dutch weave Five heddle weave Reverse Plain or Twilled Dutch weave Wire diameter: in mm unit, or inch Wire cloth prodution steps. 1.raw material purchase KDL have reliable raw material supplier,such as Tisco, Hebei steel Group,etc, so the raw material is qualified,meanwhile, KDL has it’s material checking tool---Portable spectrum analyzer，which check the chemical composition by touching the apperance of the material.so do not worry about the raw material. 2.wire drawing KDL have the wire drawing macine, wire drawing workshop to meet the mesh weaving need,more than 40 wire drawing machine prove the productivity of the wire, for example, 0.16mm stainless steel wire mesh, the day capacity is 10 tons,0.02mm wire is 2 tons,if the customer need the wire, pls tell us the wire diameter tolerance,tensible rate, tensible strength,KDL can supply the wire according to the order requirement. 3.Wire annealed Generally,the drawing wire can not be used in the mesh weaving,to make the wire has the enough tensible strength, the annealed process is very important, we have 4 sets anealed machine for the wire annealling,after the chemical process, the wire will have more strong tension,when used in the mesh, the mesh is strong for use. About the annealed process,at present, we use the Hydrogen for the annealling. 4.Mesh weaving As a supplier of woven wire mesh, KDL has abot 50 sets looms for the wire weaving, they all worked in 24 hours for the mesh supplying,because of the demand incrasing, now we built a new factroy for the woven wire mesh weaving. Our workers all have rich experience in the mesh weaving, during the weaving, if any defects appears, they will deal with it at once, if the defect is large, they will lable that as the unqualified mesh. 3. Before the goods shipment, the Quality Check is necessary, when the wire drawing, the workers must check the wire apperance and the wire diameter,wire tension, if any wrong, the checking person will feedback to the worker, then modify the machine, In the wire annealed step, after the wire annealed,before the wire in the stock, the workers need to check the tension of the wire,if the wire tension can not reach the standard,the wire need to be annnealed once again. Second,the surface condition:opening,color,flat or not and defects. When the wire weaving, we need to check the defects on the mesh,and in the daily production, the mesh defects as follows,if appears, unqualified. Folding marks, Broken Holes, Rusty spots, broken wire,wire back,knot bulging,weft wristing,wire doubling,mistaken weaving,loosening of wire,weaving in of imprity, flattened wire, density error,weft wire backward,irregular aperture,bulging out, cloud shape weaving,roll loosening,dirty surface, machanical folding,rusty spots,extra roll,width difference,insufficicent roll length, breaking ofwire mesh,etc. Third,the edge of wire mesh should be neat without defects.
