Quote Request This is an inquiry message about Quote Request in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于"Quote Request"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Quote Request Please provide a quote to me with the following information e-mailed from an engineer: Can you locate rotameters rated to 200°F and Full Vacuum/5 psig, and made of stainless steel (304/316/316L) and or/glass for minimum, normal and maximum flow rate of 0.25, 1.0 and 5.0 ACFM? The pipeline is 150 psig rated, nominal 0.5” diameter carbon steel, NPT. The fluid is mostly: methane, ethane, propane, butane, i-C4, n-C5, i-C5, n-C6, with less than 5% (volume/volume) of mercaptans (like the ones added to natural gas to detect leakage, and also as used in curing rubber), water less than 0.1%, plus heavier hydrocarbons, like in Furnace oil # 6 (an example would be so called ‘paraffinic’ Hyprene BO-0300, a commercial product), small amounts of rubber decomposition products like butadiene, isoprene, styrene, some amines (from the decomposition of nylon cord in tires. We are analyzing the exact composition, but we need to procure these instruments fast. We would order 10 of these if these were reasonably priced. The rotameters should have a needle valve on the inlet, and an isolation valve at the outlet (can be a needle or ball/globe valve). We will provide double block and bleed valve, with a bypass around the Rotameter.
