This is an inquiry message about Research of CNC Users in NC in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于"Research of CNC Users in NC"的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Research of CNC Users in NC I am researching the use of CNC milling machinery in North Carolina and am interested in the companies and industries that use them, the volume of repair parts, vendors and costs involved with respect to tool holders (specifically: grinding wheel holder; drill point holders; collet chuck holders; nuts; tap collets; collet types and dimensions; locking wrenches for standard and mini nuts; rotary 30 and 90 degree Tool clamp; cone cleaners (different types); fingers; digital height measuring device; pull studs; car tool holders). I appeciate any information you can provide related to the following and any contact information so I can contact some of the companies to discuss their use of holders. My specific interests are: 1. Identifying 3 different companies that have milling machines or CNC milling machines with small power that in best use condition can only support a FACE MILL TOOL of diameter 2/3 inches (50/75 mm). Are such machines are very popular or very rare in NC; the cost to support each cutting insert of the face mill when and the price of the face mill. Also how they change a tool from a tool holder. 2. Identify and contact 3 different companies that usually work with CNC milling machine; how many tool holders they have for each machine and which operation they have to do each time they change the type of work to have the tool holders ready for next job. 3. Identify and talk with different vendors/salesmen of CNC holders to determine volumes, supply times, part availability, costs, etc. 4. Information regarding the number of CNC machines in, or the number of manufacturing sites in NC that use CNC machines. 5. How many machines with low power that cannot support face mills over 2-3 inches diameter are in NC. 6. Information regarding tool holder change over procedures. 7. Cost of collet chucks 8. Any available information on sales of tool holders and collet chucks; prices, sales commissions, discounts programs, # of suppliers, repair times, down times due to change over or repair of holders and chucks. It is my hope to talk to and visit at least three sites using CNC machines in order to see the operation and how the machines are used. I know they are used in the furniture and racing industries, and as I live int he Charlotte area, information related to companies in the Charlotte area is helpful to cut my travel cost. I appreciate any information you can provide. Contact Info (联系信息) William Martin 28282 USA Company: none Phone: 803-325-5980 E-mail: wcmartin99@gmail.com wcmartin99@gmail.com
