This is an inquiry message about Predictive Maintenance in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于"Predictive Maintenance"的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Predictive Maintenance To Whom it may concern, My name is Don Lozzi, and I am a process engineer at a company in Philadelphia, Pa named C.W. Thomas, a job shop that thermoforms plastic. This is only a 6 month internship for me, however they have given me a task to improve the maintenance on a number of their machines. What they are looking for is for me to basically find what parts need to be tested and replaced when needed, but before they will break. We have three CMS CNC five axis routers with CNC 2400 controls. Two were bought new in 2000 and one new in 2003. We perform regular preventive maintenance, such as oil changes and installing new quad seals on the spindle once a year. However I was wondering if you can help us with our predictive maintenance. For example we test the vanes in the vacuum pump, and will change them somewhere around every six months depending on how often we used the machine. Is there other parts we should be inspected? Should we be checking our hoses and roughly how long do they last? Thank you for your time, Don Lozzi Contact Info (联系信息) Donald Lozzi 19136 Company: C.W.
