Unfortunately one of the locking tabs that fits on the 5/16"" square shaft and affixes with an allen screw has fallen off so I am no longer able to secure the door in the closed position. I have looked everywhere for a replacement or substitute with no luck so I am writing you to see if you can provide me with one. The latch in question has a handle 4 1/2"" in length.
