He has sent a payment to the 401K office to pay off a previous loan. However, after checking the postal tracking receipt and found it had been received by your office, no one seems to know what happened to it. He wanted to pay off that loan and was told that if the payment was received by the 4th of August, he could take another loan. This new loan was to get our house payment caught up for at least 3 months worth, we are currently facing foreclosure and are frantically searching for this misplaced payment that was, according to the postal service, recieved by your 401K office. PLEASE help us t find this payment so we can get another loan to save our home. I was in nursing school while Erik paid all the bills, but it is hard to keep up with 6 in our family and only one income. I am done with school now and we are trying to get back on our feet.
