(这是一条买家关于"Internal Sphere Measurement"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Internal Sphere Measurement We are currently machining a part with very close tolerance and other than our CMM we are not able to verify size in the manufacturing floor. The dimension is an internal Spherical Radius.The problem we been having is that as result of manufacturing capability the sphere’s inside form is not consistent and it's true or desired shape not well defined. This socket connects to a ball, with a diameter C of .3473 - .3469. This ball eventually is crimped inside the socket and it has to rotate freely. What may you have or recommend as far as gaging the internal sphere? We have numerous Dimensionair (Mahr-Federal) in-house.
