Features of the Equipment: Completely automated process cycles. CIP & SIP system should be suitable for cleaning of 100 L to 1000 L vessel, mobile type to suit the existing room dimensions. The system is to be provided with proper connection between the subject vessel inlet/outlet and the CIP to be fitted to spray ball nozzle of the subject vessel/CIP header. The equipment shall perform cleaning of subjected equipment in the following sequences or any alternate sequence setting in PLC as per the requirement of subjected vessel. The sequences of the cleaning cycle is as follows -: pre rinsing with D.M.Water rinse – Alkali cleaning cycle – D.M.Water rinse – Acid cleaning cycle – D.M.Water rinse and finally air flushing with once through and recirculation facility followed by SIP – The system should be provided with proper connections for SIP – Pressurized steam at 121 C should be maintained in the system for 60 minutes – control of SIP unit should be standalone.
