Coated parts .B/P reading and interpretation, hardness testing, marking of parts manually, electro-etch marking and dot peen marking. Calibration of gages along with making swing gages for diameters, and gage points. Write up parts not meeting B/P requirements (nonconformance part report), Verify op sheets to B/P, familiar with most specs. Create inspection method sheet, and set up folders for jobs, completing all paper work and computer documentation. Can use all inspection equipment. Gear insp, involule, redliner, Lead machines, etc. Can run cmm, and Faro arm. Direct Supplier Quality Rep. for PWA, GE, MTU, and Wood group PWA. Can drive fork truck Work history Flanagan Ind. Line checks on machines, make sure op sheets are to b/p, layout of pts, marking of pts, make sure pts meet b/p and specs, all the paper work that goes with insp of pts, over insp for pwa, ge, mtu, and wood group making sure all paper work is done and correct before shipping pts. Ran gage crib for a few years, Make gages for floor to use, calibration of gages, also when I was on second shift, worked 2nd shift for first 7 years, along with regular insp duties, find and load pts and fixtures on machine with fork truck, and delivery of pts to vendors and pwa.
