The operator works fine first thing in the morning (8:30 am - 9:00 am) or on a cool day it seems to be fine. Kraig Fugitt of Central Dock Service has been very responsive to the situation but has been unable to solve the problem. He has replaced printed circuit boards and has invested several hours trouble shooting the problem to no avail. It has ben very frustrating to sacrafice security at our campus due to the defective gate operator.
