Optimal is working on a project with size reduction of fish mince. In this process we do need a size reduction unit to take the particle size down to about 0.8 mm. We understood that you have a solution for us that could work and we are interested in trying in our pilot plant in Iceland. We have been doing research on this technique for a year now in small scale and we have produced fish with excellent quality and we know that there is a good market for this solution in the North Atlantic region. What we have yet to solve is the size reduction in large scale and if your size reduction unit works good and we can use it with the rest of our system it could mean repetitive sales for you. We are going to start experiments in the beginning of January 2010 and we would like to ask you if you are interested in loaning/renting a unit to Optimal Iceland for this purpose. If you are interested in this project we can discuss further the details needed to choose the right model of size reduction unit. We are aiming for having the first system ready for installing in May 2010 so we need to act quickly to find and test the right unit.
