First order would be for 110 metric tons; and after quality etc is confirmed, 1,500 metric tons per month would follow for 2 to 3 months, and 3,000 metric tons per month thereafter. Must pinpoint exact scrap batteries origin site. Origin pickup (would prefer delivery by box car) NAFTA certificat (North America Free Trade Agreement) confirms USA is the country of origin, thus we would not be taxed import duties. Supplier needs to supply same. If we can supply 1,500 to 3,000 metric tons of lead acid scrap batteries, they will buy from us immediately. We are interested in securing the complete lot of drained lead acid scrap batteries for which we would need proposed INCOTERM of CIF, FOB, CFR or DEQ Veracruz, and sign a LOI and a ICPO "Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order". we are preparing a LOI "Letter of Intent"; and final ICPO would be signed after required legal Mexican authorities import permit (SEMARNAT) process is begun. Bear in mind import permit requires: name of company, corporate staff and positions, tax ID number, head offices address, warehouse address.
