REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) This is an inquiry message about REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) in the 108th China Canton Fair. Please quote on the following items: 1. Cable, Airfield, primary, #6, Unshielded, FAA L824 Type C 5000 volts (see Attachment A within this RFQ for additional specifications). If quote quantities are specified in rolls/spindles/etc, please provide how many feet/per roll. quantity: 128000 FT 2. Delivery to Qatar by AIR. (Please include ALL necessary charges including freight, etc) 1 LS 3. Delivery to Qatar by SHIP. (Please include ALL necessary charges including freight, etc) 1 LS (Ensure to indicate currency in USD) ** “Or Equal” items ARE acceptable. You must provide specifications when quoting an “Or Equal” item. Note: in addition to specifications detailed in Attachment A, any “Or Equal” items shall be FAA-certified; documentation of certification shall be provided with quote** ** All quotes MUST specify the exact items you are proposing. If you are not proposing “Or Equal” item(s), as a minimum you will have to delete the “Or Equal” after the part # for your proposal. Quotes Shall Include The Following: - Estimated Delivery Date, Point of Contact, Phone, and Email. Evaluation Factors: Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance of product, technical capability of how well the proposed products meet the requirement and delivery schedule. Evaluation factors shall be price, price related factors, and past performance of product.
