Such insurance should be carried in the interest of Woodstream Corporation and provide coverage on an occurrence basis of (I) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or (II) the total amount of orders placed by Woodstream Corporation in the past twelve months for each occurrence. This insurance shall be written to cover claims incurred, discovered, manifested, and made during or after the expiration of orders covering the purchase of goods from our company.
