I am very disappointed in the way it was shipped as it all scratched up with an extremely large number of gouges in the paint. I cannot believe it is not shipped boxed up or at least shrink rapped. One piece, I'm just guessing is a top piece of the handrail is bent (you couldn't see it until it was untied from the main step assembly. I'm just guessing because your directions for assembly are extremely poor quality and the photographs are impossible to make out. Am I supposed to have two sets of hand rails and top rails? There seems to be an extra smaller set of rails. Also, the assembly instructions state that the bracing, I'm guessing it's the thing marked "E" in the instructions is pre-assembled. It is not and no where do the instructions say to install it. Frankly, I'm scared of your product and find it hard to believe it meets OSHA requirements.
