We need to do grab samples at a rate of approximately 1 per hour in order to have a minimum 250 ml at the end of each 4 hour period. This sample time needs to be adjustable as we may wish to sample more times per hour to get a more representative sample. We need to make the system as simple as possible but automatic. Our operators will remove the 500 ml bottle every 4 hours. We will need 3 samplers.(three separate systems) All three will sample the same type of fluid but off of 3 different pumps pumping to three different tanks. The fluid is water with up to 1500 ppm concentration of ammonia. Normally the fluid is clear with very little solids and is normally about 110 degrees C. I wwish to install the inlet to the sampler on the discharge side of a pump with normally 70-80 psig discharge pressure. I would like to discharge the outlet of the sampler back into the suction side of the pump. We will need additional 500 ml sample bottles also.
