My problem is that these do not keep rain out of the manway riser. I am looking for two(2) covers for these tanks preferably made of vinyl or vinyl coated fabric that would be somewhat resistant to acid fumes. I would need them about 54""D with enough elastic band to make them 40"" in diameter so that it would drape over the sides and the elastic would hold in place.
