I hope you would be interested in furnishing us with a new Magnesium alloy melting furnace. We are subsequently in the process of creating an R&D project involving the melting of currently produced Magnesium alloy ingots and modifying the ingredients to some level. The melting temperature could be as high as 1000C with a minimum being 675C. We would prefer a radiant heat furnace if possible-460V 3Phase. The furnace would melt a crucible full of ingots total solid weight of 25kg. Melt to liquid state and hold temp while the crucible is bottom drained into our process. The furnace needs to be self contained, bottom support with a drain hole for crucible drain. Electrical controls for heat and overtemp, and all electrical components for firing furnace to be furnished with the furnace in a floor type control panel floor mounted external of the furnace itself. If you are interested in producing such a furnace for us please contact me at your earliest convenience for any particulars. We are going to order the equipment early in the second quarter of this year, and need the unit delivered sometime in July, 2010.
