(这是一条买家关于"Clad Steel fab"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Clad Steel fab Dear Sirs: We are a specialty company, engaged in the manufacture of steel plate with corrosion resistant alloys (CRA), clad on top of the steel. We have an immediate need for a shop, located within 150 miles of Cleveland, OH; and which is capable of rolling and welding our test specimens together. Welds, dual materials and multiple pass are to be in accordance with ASME Section 8, Pressure Vessel regulations. General AWI guidelines for these weld procedures are available upon your request. ========= Specs for the test specimen coupons are: 1. Butt weld carbon steel with CRA cladding, CS at 0.375" to 0.500 thick, cladding at 2mm. Dims around 6 x 6 inches. 2. Pipe to be rolled from similar plate and then longitudinally welded; dims at 3 to 4 inch diameter and LOA of 6 to 12 inches. 3. Ultimately, we will need larger diameters and longer length pipes.
