They would fit over a 3"" schedule 40 pvc pipe and into a 4"" schedule 40 pvc pipe. I was wanting them out of nylon or similar material. Soft rubber would have too high of a friction quotient. Also some kind of seal that would fit adround 1.5"" schedule 40 pvc.If you can help or refer me to somone who can I would be very grateful.
